2. Acceptance

The offer is accepted when the buyer places an order on dobrobuts.com and ticks "I agree with the terms of the public offer and the privacy policy". From that moment the contract is concluded. The Seller confirms the order by phone, SMS or e-mail.

3. Goods and prices

Product descriptions, photos and prices are given on the product pages. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and are final for the buyer; delivery is charged as described in section 5. The price of a placed order does not change.

Minimum order: 489 UAH of goods.

4. Payment

• •Online by card via LiqPay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Privat24) at checkout.
• •Cash on delivery when receiving the parcel. With cash on delivery the carrier additionally charges its own money-transfer fee.
• •The buyer receives a fiscal receipt in electronic form.

5. Delivery

Nova Poshta (branch or parcel locker), Nova Poshta courier, Ukrposhta and Meest — choose at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders from 1500 UAH — we pay for it. For orders below 1500 UAH the customer pays the carrier's tariff on receipt (Nova Poshta from 60 UAH).

We dispatch within 0–1 business day. Transit: Nova Poshta 1–3 days, Meest 2–4 days, Ukrposhta 3–5 days.

Risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer upon receipt of the parcel.

6. Returns and exchanges

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is free for the customer: you send the item via Nova Poshta with delivery paid by the recipient — we pay for it. We refund the money within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

7. Quality and warranty

The seller is liable for product quality under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". The warranty period is as set by the manufacturer; where none is set, you may claim a non-conformity within 2 years of receipt.

8. Personal data

The Seller processes the buyer's personal data only to fulfil the order, as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Liability and disputes

The parties are liable under the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that — under the legislation of Ukraine, including by applying to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.

10. Changes to the offer

The Seller may change this offer by publishing a new version on this page. An order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
